Founded in 2021, this company believes in the yogic philosophy of Prana, it’s called “chi” in Chinese and “ki” in Japanese, which is the original creative power. It is the master form of all energy working at every level of our being. Prana is inherent to a being.

PRANIC HEALING
Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art of healing that utilizes ‘prana’ or ‘life energy’ to heal the whole physical body. Pranic healing increases the rate of self-recovery of the body and can be used to cure and heal both physical and etheric body. Pranic healing Sessions are held on prior appointments only.
KIDS BOLLYWOOD DANCE CLASSES
This is for those kids who love dancing and who love bollywood music.We choose the songs age appropriate and the intention is to get them moving and grooving and have a fun time together.

Priyanka has expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! She uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. She also has the critical ability to challenge students while keeping the classes enjoyable, informative & highly recommended!
Practicing yoga with you was one of the wonderful journey of my life. You looked into each detail of the pose and posture for each and every asana. The breathing exercises and tips you taught me helped me alot. You didn't rush into perfection but rather help attain perfection step by step each day and made sure I didn't overdo either.
